He founded the Repository for Germinal Choice in 1980, a sperm bank aimed at implementing a eugenics program by sourcing sperm from Nobel laureates and other high-IQ individuals. Despite his goals for genetic enhancement, the bank faced controversy due to inadequate screening of donors and recipients, and it closed in 1999 after he passed away. A total of 218 children were conceived through the bank, highlighting his aspiration for nurturing geniuses.
