Robert Seifert, born on January 31, 1988, in Dresden, is a former German short track speed skater and Junior World Champion. He started his career as a figure skater before transitioning to short track in 2000. Seifert achieved significant success in 2006 by winning the Junior World Championship and subsequently became a member of the German national team. Despite facing multiple ankle injuries that forced him to pause his career, he successfully returned to secure his place in the team. He was one of six German short trackers who participated in the 2010 Winter Olympics.
