Roberto Frabetti, known as Er Ciccione, is an Italian criminal born in Rome on December 3, 1955. He is recognized as a member of the Roman criminal organization Banda della Magliana. He became active in the Ostia-Acilia faction through friendships formed during his incarceration in Regina Coeli. Initially serving as the group's cashier from 1979 due to his size, he later expanded his role to include drug trafficking and distribution following the deaths of important members. Although he never engaged in violence, he provided support for the gang's incarcerated members and their families.
