Rodney Clive Ketels, born on November 11, 1954, is a former rugby union player from New Zealand. He represented counties at the provincial level 173 times between 1974 and 1987, ranking third on the all-time list for games played for the union. Ketels was part of the champion Counties NPC team in 1979 and was selected for the All Blacks for the 1978 UK grand slam tour, although he could not participate due to injury. He made 16 appearances for the All Blacks and played a total of 212 first-class matches.
