Rodel Masigan Batocabe was a Filipino lawyer and politician, affiliated with the Ako Bicol Political Party. He served in the Philippine House of Representatives from 2010 until his murder on December 22, 2018, during a gift-giving event for senior citizens. Batocabe was notable for being the first sitting member of the House to be killed during President Rodrigo Duterte's administration and was the 21st Filipino official murdered in connection with this tenure.
