Rodolfo Almirón (1936 – 2009) was an Argentine police officer known for leading an execution squad called the Triple A, alleged to be responsible for the deaths of over 1500 government opponents. Notably involved in the Monte Chingolo massacre in 1976 against leftists, he was also suspected of participating in the 1980 Bologna train station bombing. Later, he worked as a personal bodyguard for Spanish Prime Minister Felipe González and served as a training officer in the Spanish Presidential Guard.
