Rodolfo Palomino López, born on November 4, 1957, in Bolívar, Santander, is a former Colombian police officer who rose to the rank of general. He served as the director general of the National Police of Colombia from 2013 until February 2016. He resigned after facing a disciplinary investigation for the unjustified increase in his wealth and for involvement in male prostitution cases within the organization. He left active service in February 2016.
