Roger Baeten is a Belgian singer born in Hasselt on May 10, 1951. He achieved notable success in the 1970s with two small hits in the BRT Top 30. He won a talent show in 1971 and his biggest hit, 'Blijf je bij mij', topped the Flemish charts in 1974. After a hiatus, he returned in the 1980s as B. Rodgers and won the Radio 2 Zomerhit in 1984. Baeten is also known for discovering Axelle Red and producing for various Belgian artists.
