Roger Blidmo was a Swedish archaeologist and data entrepreneur, born on April 23, 1951, in Solna. He completed his PhD at Stockholm University in 1982, specializing in Iron Age settlements on Helgö. He founded Norn Integrated Computer Systems AB, including the archaeological consulting firm Arkeologikonsult, which was one of the first significant private actors in this field in Sweden. In addition to archaeology, Blidmo studied painting and researched unique casting materials from Helgö while also developing a digital tool for police reporting.
