Roger Keith Nicholls, born on April 22, 1956, is a former politician from Australia. He had a background in the Royal Australian Navy and the mining industry prior to his political career. Nicholls was elected in 1989 as the Liberal member for Mandurah in the Western Australian Legislative Assembly. He served as the Shadow Minister for the Family, Seniors and Peel Regional Development, later becoming Minister for Community Development, the Family and Seniors, and Water Resources after the Liberal win in 1993. He left the front bench in 1997 and was defeated in 2001.
