Roger Quigley (1969-2020) was an English singer-songwriter and drummer from Manchester. As one half of the indie pop duo The Montgolfier Brothers, he released notable recordings, including '1969 Till God Knows When' and 'Quigley's Point'. The latter was credited to his project 'At Swim Two Birds', inspired by Flann O'Brien's novel. His song 'Between Two Points', co-written with bandmate Mark Tranner, gained attention when covered by David Gilmour in 2024. Quigley passed away unexpectedly at the age of 51, with his work receiving renewed interest posthumously.
