Roger Andrew Taylor, born on April 26, 1960, in Birmingham, is an English drummer known for being a member of the band Duran Duran since 1979. Prior to that, he played in punk bands such as Scent Organs and Crucified Toads. He formed a side project called Arcadia in 1985 with bandmates Simon Le Bon and Nick Rhodes. After a long hiatus from music, he returned in 2001 and contributed to Duran Duran's album 'Thank You' in 1995. The classic lineup reunited for the 2004 album 'Astronaut'.
