The ensemble performed in various clubs across Moscow and participated in notable festivals such as Manor Jazz, Empty Hills, and Island. Grinev contributed original compositions alongside Natalia Skvortsov, and they produced jazz standards in the jazz-fusion genre. He passed away at the age of 41 after a tragic fall from his apartment window.
