Roman Kostikow was a Polish Roman Catholic clergyman and senior chaplain of the Polish Army during the Second Republic. Born on February 1, 1901, in Jasło, he was ordained on May 27, 1923. After his service as a parish priest, he became a military chaplain in 1931. During World War II, he was captured and interned in German POW camps until 1945. Post-war, he served in Nowa Sól, helping to establish the local parish. He died on February 14, 1950, in Wrocław and was buried in Nowa Sól.
