Ronald Edward Medich is an Australian property developer who gained notoriety after being found guilty of ordering the contract murder of businessman Michael McGurk in 2009. The murder led to intimidation threats against McGurk's wife, Kimberly. He was sentenced to 39 years in prison on 23 April 2018 and will be eligible for parole starting from 26 February 2048.
