Ronald Edward Brooks (1937–2018) was a United States Army General during the Cold War. He commanded personnel and logistics during the American occupation of West Germany. After his military career, he served as the executive director of the American Legion. He passed away in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2018 and is buried in his hometown of Rogersville.
