Ronnie MacAskill is a Scottish professional golfer born on April 25, 1954, in Alness, Scotland. He has served as the head PGA Professional at Royal Aberdeen Golf Club since 1975, making him the longest serving professional in Scotland as of 2017. MacAskill is also a full-time PGA Director of Golf and has been involved in the club for 40 years as of 2015. In addition to his golfing career, he runs Fettes Fine Art in Edinburgh, specializing in fine British art, and manages property businesses in Edinburgh and London.
