Rosalie Matondo is a Congolese agricultural engineer born on April 18, 1963, in N'Djamena, Chad. She has served as the Minister of Forestry Economy since May 7, 2016. Prior to this role, she was the coordinator of the National Afforestation and Reforestation Program (PRONAR) within the same ministry from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, she served as an advisor to the Head of State from 2013 to 2016.
