Rosalind Beatrice Rinker (1906-2002) was a notable Christian missionary and author. After serving as a missionary in China for 14 years, she returned to the United States to study at Asbury College. Graduating in 1945, she became a staff counselor with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship. Rinker authored several books, most famously 'Prayer: Conversing With God' (1959), recognized by Christianity Today in 2006 as a highly influential work among evangelicals.
