RoseEmma Mamaa Entsua-Mensah is a prominent Ghanaian fisheries scientist and freshwater aquatic ecologist, renowned for her contributions to environmental science and research on fish species in freshwater ecosystems. She served as the chief research scientist and deputy director general at the CSIR from 2008 to 2019, and currently directs the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at CSIR College of Science and Technology. Holding degrees in zoology and marine biology, as well as a PhD in fisheries science, she has also advocated for women's roles in science education and research.
