Rosemary Najjemba Muyinda, also known as Mariam Najjemba Mbabaali, is a prominent Ugandan politician. She served as the State Minister for Urban Planning from 15 August 2012 to 6 June 2016. During her tenure, she succeeded Justine Lumumba Kasule and was an elected Member of Parliament for Gomba County on the National Resistance Movement (NRM) platform from 2006 to 2016, winning two consecutive terms.
