Rosemary Peyton Biggs (April 21, 1912 - June 29, 2001) was an English hematologist who worked closely with Robert Gwyn Macfarlane at Radcliffe Hospital and Churchill Hospital in Oxford. She specialized in studying coagulation disorders, particularly hemophilia.
