Rosendo Rodriguez III was an American murderer executed in Texas for the September 2005 rape and murder of Summer Baldwin. A Marine reservist with no prior convictions, he committed his crimes in Lubbock, Texas, where he was training. Rodriguez was linked to the murder of another victim, Joanna Rogers, through a similar method of hiding the bodies. He was executed on March 27, 2018, shortly after his birthday, in the Huntsville Unit.
