Rosmery Martínez Rosales is a Colombian psychologist and politician born on March 11, 1963, in El Espinal, Tolima. In 2002, she was elected as a representative in the Chamber of Congress for Tolima and is currently serving as Co-Director of the Cambio Radical Party. She was elected by popular vote to the Senate of Colombia on March 9, 2014. Martínez has played a significant role in Colombian politics through her leadership in her party and her legislative work.
