Rubi Noor (1945-2008) was a Bengali politician who was elected as a member of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly four times. She was the sister of former Indian Railways Minister Abu Barkat Ataur Gani Khan Chowdhury and the mother of Mausam Noor, who was elected as a Member of Parliament from the Maldaha Uttar constituency.
