Rudi Vanlancker, born on January 10, 1971, is a former Belgian athlete specializing in long jump. He is the son of Robert Vanlancker, a two-time world champion in sprint cycling. Vanlancker won a gold medal at the Youth Olympic Days in 1987 and a bronze at the junior European Championships in 1989. He became the Belgian indoor champion in 1990 and claimed four consecutive Belgian titles from 1991 to 1993. After obtaining a professional bachelor’s degree in physical education, he works as a personal trainer.
