Rui Pinto de Almeida is a Portuguese television producer, teacher, and director born on November 27, 1960. He graduated from the RTP training center, mastering various television production roles. Starting his professional career as a camera operator and assistant director, he became a director in 1998. He contributed to Portugal's first news channel and later to Sport TV. In 2002, he became an independent producer and directed several documentaries, including notable historical works. He also taught Communication and Image at ISTEC from 1998 to 2013.
