Brigadir Jenderal Polisi (Purn.) Hj. Rumiah Kartoredjo, S.Pd., born March 19, 1952, is a retired high-ranking police officer in Indonesia. She made history as the first female police officer to serve as a regional police chief (Kapolda) in the country, appointed in January 2008. Throughout her career, she has strived to represent women in the police force and has collaborated with the local government. Before retiring, she handed over her position to Brigadier General Agus Kusnadi in a formal ceremony.
