Ryōji Onodera is a Japanese curler and curling coach, born on December 13, 1960. He primarily plays in the second and first positions. Onodera has been a successful coach for the Japan women's team, consistently achieving podium finishes, notably leading them to bronze at the 2018 Winter Olympics. He is also the head coach of the team skipped by Satsuki Fujisawa, 'Loco Solare', based in Kitami. His expertise continued into the 2022 Winter Olympics, where the Japanese women's team earned a silver medal.
