Ryszard Borski is a Polish Lutheran bishop born on May 26, 1960. He was ordained in 1988 and worked in academia before serving among German Evangelicals in Lower Silesia. He later transitioned to military chaplaincy, becoming the chief Evangelical military chaplain in 1999 and was consecrated as an Evangelical field bishop. In 2005, he was promoted to brigadier general and completed his military service in 2012.
