Ryūichi Akutsu is a Japanese announcer for Tochiigi Broadcasting (CRT). He is known by his fans as "Ryū-sama" and is popular among older listeners. Akutsu joined CRT in 1990 and worked in various departments before returning to his role as an announcer in 2005. He has been a fixture on CRT's programming since then, hosting various shows and providing news updates. Akutsu retired in 2010 but continues to work as a contractor for CRT.
