Saad Al-Bazzaz is an Iraqi businessman and writer born in Mosul, Iraq, on April 18, 1952. He currently resides in London. He has held significant positions such as director of the Iraqi Cultural Center in London and managed the Iraqi News Agency, as well as the Iraqi radio and television. Al-Bazzaz emigrated from Iraq in October 1992, later founding the widely circulated newspaper Al-Zaman in London. He is also the founder of the Eastern Channel, established in May 2004, with offices in multiple cities including Baghdad, Dubai, and London.
