Sabu, born Terry Michael Brunk on December 12, 1964, is an American professional wrestler known for his hardcore wrestling style. He trained with various smaller federations in America and made his debut in Japanese promotions. He later returned to America, competing in WCW and ECW, where he became known for his rivalries with wrestlers like Rob Van Dam and Tazz. Sabu suffered numerous injuries throughout his career, including a broken neck in 1994. He also wrestled for TNA and WWE, and adopted his ring name from the late Indian actor Sabu Dastagir.
