Sadeque Hossain Khoka (May 12, 1952 - November 4, 2019) was a Bangladeshi politician and freedom fighter. He served as a minister in Khaleda Zia's second cabinet and as a state minister in her first cabinet. He was the last mayor of Dhaka City Corporation and held the position of vice chairman of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). Khoka was also the president of the undivided Dhaka metropolitan BNP and was elected member of parliament for the Dhaka-7 constituency four consecutive times.
