Saleem Farook was an Indian activist and social worker from Karnataka, known for his contributions to tribal rights. In 1989, he initiated the Thuamul Rampur tribal movement in Kalahandi to address land alienation issues faced by tribals. Following this, he founded the Antodaya society to protect tribal rights and promote welfare. His legacy includes the Saleem Farook Janasikhya Pathagar in Mohangiri, Kalahandi, named in his honor.
