Rosalia 'Sally' Winnefred Olsen (1934-2022) was an American lawyer and politician who made significant contributions in Minnesota. She served from 1979 to 1992 in the Minnesota House of Representatives as a Republican and was a member of the St. Louis Park School Board. Olsen earned her bachelor's degree in business and her Juris Doctor degree, becoming a lawyer before her appointment as a judge in the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals. She lived in St. Louis Park and passed away at the age of 87.
