Santosh Mohan Dev (April 1, 1934 - August 2, 2017) was an Indian political leader and a prominent member of the Indian National Congress. He was first elected to the parliament in 1980, representing the Lok Sabha, with a total of seven terms. Among these, he represented the Silchar seat in Assam five times and was elected from the Tripura West constituency two times. Mr. Dev achieved the rare distinction of being elected from two different states.
