Saša Petejan is a Slovenian journalist and publicist who graduated in journalism from the University of Ljubljana in 1999. She has advanced her studies in transgenerational trauma and oral history in California. Collaborating with historian Urša Strle and award-winning photographer Manca Juvan, she documented the locations of Italian fascist concentration camps and conducted interviews with surviving internees and their relatives. The project's findings were presented in exhibitions in Ljubljana, Koper, and the Slovenian parliament on Holocaust Remembrance Day.
