Saul Holiff was a Canadian music promoter and manager born on June 22, 1925, in London, Ontario. He is best known for managing Johnny Cash for thirteen years, during which he helped shape Cash's career and introduced June Carter into his act. Holiff also promoted various music acts and won a Gold Leaf Award in 1970. After leaving show business in 1973, he pursued a degree in history. Tragically, he died by suicide on March 17, 2005.
