Searle Turton is a Canadian politician born on June 23, 1979. He serves as the Alberta Minister of Children and Family Services and was elected to the Legislative Assembly in the 2019 Alberta general election for the Spruce Grove-Stony Plain district. Turton has also been a city councillor from 2010 to 2019. Re-elected in 2023, he was appointed to Cabinet. He has held various leadership roles within legislative committees and sponsored Bill 213 concerning speed limits on highways. He announced a significant investment for senior housing in Spruce Grove.
