Sebastião Rodrigues Seabra, born on May 12, 1958, in Araraquara, is a Brazilian comic book artist. He published strips like 'Capitão Caatinga' and 'Chucrutz' in the newspaper Notícias Populares from 1974 to 1978. Later, he created erotic comics for publishers like Grafipar and Maciota under the pseudonym Sebastião Zéfiro. He gained recognition in the late 1980s and created the superhero 'Vingador Mascarado' in 1990. Seabra has also been a drawing teacher and received the Angelo Agostini Award twice for his contributions to national comics.
