Seijun Ninomiya is a Japanese critic and sports journalist born on February 25, 1960, in Yahatahama, Ehime Prefecture. Since 2000, he has been involved in delivering sports information and columns, as well as organizing lectures and symposiums as the president of Sports Communications Inc. He holds a master's degree in academic studies from Meiji University and has completed doctoral-level coursework. Ninomiya has also served as a specially appointed professor at Hiroshima University and a guest professor at Taisho University, among other roles.
