Seika Tatsumi (February 12, 1905 - April 24, 1973) was a Japanese children's literature author and poet, known by the real name Shichizō Nomura. He gained recognition as the lyricist of the children's song "Takibi" and was a disciple of Hakushū Kitahara. He was notable alongside Yoshimi Sato and Jun'ichi Yoda and played a vital role in promoting the works of Nankichi Niimi. His contributions spanned children's songs, youth poetry, and modern tanka poetry, and he also wrote numerous school songs across Japan, including the school song for his hometown's elementary school.
