Seppo Rihlama (1923-2009) was a Finnish architect known for his expertise in color theory and lighting. He graduated as an architect in 1954 and served as the assistant city architect of Tampere and later as a lecturer and professor at the Tampere technical school. Rihlama founded his own architectural office focusing on the design and restoration of churches and researched the effects of colors and lighting in various environments, giving lectures and writing articles and books on these topics.
