Sergey Abgar Mikaelyan (May 8, 1925 - November 25, 1980) was an Armenian political and state figure born in Leninakan, Armenian SSR, USSR. He served as the head of the Leninakan locomotive depot and was recognized as a Hero of Socialist Labor in 1959. Additionally, he was awarded the title of Honorary Railwayman of the USSR in 1965. His contributions to the railway industry and his leadership in Leninakan significantly impacted the region during his lifetime.
