Seved Ribbing was a Swedish doctor born on December 20, 1902, in Uppsala and died on November 7, 1993, in Linköping. He completed his medical licentiate at Uppsala University in 1929, obtaining his doctorate in 1938. Ribbing served in various medical positions, including as an associate chief physician and radiologist, and held a docet position in medical radiology. His notable work includes his dissertation on hereditary epiphyseal disorders. He was awarded the title of Knight of the North Star in 1958.
