Seyit Çavdar was a Turkish judge born in Ankara. He graduated from Ankara Atatürk High School and completed his law degree at Ankara University in 1980. He started working as a judge candidate in Ankara and served in various roles, including at Konya, Çukurca, and Hekimhan. He was appointed as a member of the Court of Cassation in 2002, became the president of the 19th Civil Chamber in 2009, and was elected as the first vice president of the Court of Cassation in 2014. He retired in 2017 and is fluent in English.
