Shabo Aslany Mousayelyan was an Armenian meteorologist born on February 12, 1916, in the Elizavetpol province of the Caucasian Viceroyalty, Russian Empire. He obtained his Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences degree in 1968. Throughout his career, Mousayelyan made significant contributions to the field of meteorology and was recognized as an Honored Scientist of the RSFSR in 1980. He passed away on June 29, 1986, in Moscow, USSR.
