Shao Zhanwei (February 1956 – March 6, 2013) was a prominent Chinese politician from Cixi, Zhejiang. He served as the Mayor of Hangzhou from 2010 until 2013, and previously as the Mayor of Wenzhou from 2007 to 2010. An alumnus of Nanjing University of Science and Technology, his career predominantly took place in Ningbo, where he held various government roles, including secretary-general and executive vice mayor. He passed away in 2013 while attending the National People's Congress in Beijing.
