Sheikh Muhammad Tahir Rasheed, also known as Tahir Rashid, was a prominent Pakistani politician born in Multan on April 20, 1954. He was affiliated with the Pakistan Muslim League and served as a Member of the National Assembly (MNA) from 1993 to 1996 and again from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, he was a Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) from 1990 to 1993. He also held the position of Central Vice-President of the Pakistan Muslim League during his political career. He passed away on June 3, 2020.
